Everything you need to know about our delivery process
We provide instant fast delivery in Dubai, UAE.
Orders placed before 11pm in Dubai are for same-day delivery, else next-day delivery.
We offer 7-day-a-week delivery services, excluding public holidays.
We strive to ship your order by noon on the following business day. However, unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or severe weather conditions may cause slight delays in the shipment.
Customers can choose our delivery options between Standard and Express delivery. Additional fees will be clearly displayed during checkout based on the chosen service.
We do not require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the items when they are shipped.
While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your items, we are not liable for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process.
Pre-order items will have different delivery dates, which you can check by connecting with our support team.
Kindly note that shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order is placed. We will ship to the address provided during the original order placement. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
To receive your delivery, please present your Emirates ID/Passport and settle the total invoice amount with the courier.
Orders can only be placed by individuals over the age of 18. We do not condone underage orders, and any such orders will not be honored and will be refunded.
